Ian Ridd is a specialist commercial law practitioner with a broadly based practice in commercial litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international). He has particular expertise in the fields of insurance, sale of goods, carriage of goods, professional negligence, employment, banking and securities, disciplinary tribunal and commercial landlord and tenant law.
Ian Ridd is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and sits as an arbitrator. He is also an accredited mediator and accepts appointments to act as mediator, particularly in insurance and employment disputes. He is also a member of ACCA's disciplinary and regulatory committees.
