Huw has a very busy common law practice with extensive advocacy experience in both the civil and criminal courts, in addition to specialist tribunals.
Though he predominantly works in the field of personal injury and employment (acting for both Claimants and Defendants/Respondents), he has extensive experience in most areas in which Chambers specialises, including:
General commercial litigation (including sale and supply of goods and services, insurance disputes, estate agent claims and general contractual disputes);
General negligence/nuisance claims (including trespass and subsidence claims);
Data protection and Freedom of Information issues;
Public Inquiries (notably the Bloody Sunday Inquiry);
Crime (criminal fraud, motoring offences and health & safety)
