Carwyn’s practice is mainly in the field of personal injury. Carwyn carries out work for both claimants and defendants in a number of areas including road traffic, employer’s liability, public liability, product liability and on behalf of local authorities. In addition he frequently attends inquests on behalf of insurers. He is happy to accept work on a CFA basis.
Carwyn also appears regularly in both the Crown and Magistrates Courts acting for both the prosecution and defence, mainly in cases involving road traffic offences.
