Personal injury
James’ work is predominantly personal injury. He represents both claimants and defendants in matters ranging from the small claims track to the multi-track. He is in court on a daily basis conducting trials, applications and interim hearings. Areas of PI work include road traffic, public liability and employer’s liability. James also has experience in a wide range of general common law matters including contract, landlord and tenant as well as insolvency and winding up applications. He is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis.
James has also attended a number of inquests on behalf of insurers.
James has additional experience of advising on issues of liability and quantum as well as drafting statements of case.
