Andrew has a busy personal injury and clinical negligence practice: RTAs, employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, clinical negligence, product liability, fatal accident claims, inquests, Animals Act claims. He acts for both claimants and defendants and has a growing caseload of high value brain damage and spinal injury claims.
He is also experienced in the field of employment law, acting for claimants and respondents before tribunals and the EAT in respect of claims for unfair dismissal, redundancy, sex, race, disability & age discrimination.
He also advises and acts in general commercial litigation, including insolvency, insurance disputes, sale and supply of goods and services.
