Kate's practice is predominantly in the field of personal injury. She represents both claimants and defendants on trials, various applications and case management conferences. Kate is frequently instructed in matters involving road traffic, public liability and employer's liability.
Additionally, Kate has experience of advising on issues of both liability and quantum and drafting statements of case in all of these areas.
Kate also advises and appears in matters involving contractual disputes, sale and carriage of goods and consumer credit.
