David is developing a busy practice representing both Claimants and Defendants in all aspects of personal injury law. Throughout pupillage he gained a wide variety of experience in claims involving road traffic accidents, occupiers' liability, public liability and employer's liability. David regularly appears in small claims, fast track and multi-track trials, applications and directions hearings in the above matters. He is experienced in drafting pleadings and advising on liability, evidence and quantum. He frequently advises in infant settlement matters.
David was also involved in a number of employment cases during pupillage, in particular; claims involving stress at work, wrongful and unfair dismissal, victimisation, discrimination and TUPE and is keen to develop his practice in this area.
David is also currently seconded to The Baha Mousa Public Inquiry.
