Dan’s practice is mainly in Personal Injury work, appearing in trials, as well as applications and case management conferences. Dan represents both Claimants and Defendants, in a range of areas including road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability, and employer’s liability. Dan is happy to consider work on a CFA basis.
He has additional experience of advising on liability, quantum, and procedural matters, as well as drafting statements of case.
Dan also has experience in a wide range of common law matters including contract, consumer credit, especially credit hire, insolvency and property disputes.
