Changez joined Chambers in October 2009 following his pupillage.
Since then, he has been building a solid practice in personal injury. Changez appears in the county court on an almost daily basis, in interim hearings and trials alike. He is happy to consider written work on a CFA basis, however unusual the facts (recently, a customer's claim against a tanning salon).
Changez also has a keen interest in employment law. With a strong track record in the ET, he has succeeded in trials on unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and unlawful deduction of wages.
As a versatile advocate, Changez is equally happy to turn his hand to most other civil matters. So far, he has appeared in several cases involving breach of contract (for both Claimant and Defendant), as well as advising in a recent case of solicitors' negligence.
Changez is fluent in French and holds a degree in French law from the Sorbonne (Paris).
