Aidan O’Brien appointed to the Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Legal Advice Panel

Aidan has recently been appointed to the Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Legal Advice Panel and has been invited to provide athletes with advice and assistance in the following areas:

• Anti-doping
• Athlete Selection and Eligibility
• Athlete and Player Contracts
• Safeguarding – children, young people and / or adults at risk
• Discipline
• Paralympic classification

 

Aidan is a member of Chambers’ Sports Disciplinary and Regulatory group and sits as a Judicial Panel Chairman for the Rugby Football Union.

Aidan also accepts instructions on the full panoply of sporting legal matters, including but not limited to contractual, commercial, competition, media, employment and injury based disputes. For more information regarding his practice, please click here.
