Changez’s personal injury practice encompasses an array of personal injury claims with a focus on areas such as: RTAs, EL/ PL and highways claims. He acts for claimants and defendant insurers alike.
He is particularly experienced in cases involving contested expert evidence, issues of credibility / fraud or thorny loss of earnings calculations.
He has a special interest in claims involving accidents abroad. He draws upon his French law degree and his knowledge of civil law systems. He has acted or advised on issues of law/ jurisdiction in such claims in countries such as France, Germany and Belgium.
