Ian’s employment practice covers the whole spectrum of employment law, including partnerships and LLP’s. In Employment Tribunals, he appears in and advises in relation to the larger claims involving unfair dismissal, redundancy, all forms of discrimination, whistleblowing claims, and also transfer of undertakings cases.
He is also instructed in High Court cases, involving representation and advice in matters involving wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, boardroom disputes, breach of confidence, breach of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenants and injunctions. He regularly advises and acts for major City corporate clients and financial institutions.
