Successfully represented Claimant school chef in the Luton County Court in a three day trial arising out of a Work Related Upper Limb Disorder claim.
Represented Defendant local authority, successfully resisting Appeal from the Trial Judge's dismissal of a claim based on breaches of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (1998).
Ongoing case representing construction professional in quantum only, high six-figure claim, arising out of a fall from scaffolding on construction site.
Settled six-figure claim at JSM for Claimant against MOD, arising out of a claim in relation to defective work equipment.
Ongoing claim representing Claimant in significant six-figure clinical negligence claim against Health Authority and Consultant Surgeon arising out of failure to diagnose and/or treat appropriately.
Settled 6 figure CRPS claim at JSM arising out of accident at work.
