Chambers is very pleased to announce that both Jake Rowley and Frederick Lyon have accepted tenancy invitations to commence on the successful completion of their pupillages in October 2014.
Jake and Frederick will be happy to accept instructions across the full range of Chambers’ practice areas, particularly personal injury.
Jake has developed particular expertise in personal injury matters and is regularly instructed in small claim trials, infant settlement hearings and to provide written advice. He is available for instruction in relation to all general civil applications. He also has significant experience in housing matters (mortgage possessions / applications to suspend warrants of eviction), landlord & tenant possessions, bankruptcy petitions and other insolvency hearings.
Frederick is instructed regularly on applications and trials on both the fast and small claims tracks and to provide written advice. He has developed particular expertise in personal injury and health & safety matters. In addition, he is able to accept instructions related to housing, landlord & tenant disputes, employment and insurance litigation.
