Farrar's Building: Employment
Employment

This is a major area of practice for Chambers and we have a growing reputation in the field for our practical, efficient and competitive approach. We are instructed in all aspects of employment law, providing advocacy before Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Higher Courts, as well as giving advice and undertaking written work such as drafting ET1 & ET3s.

Members of Chambers act for employers, employees, local authorities and trade unions and, increasingly, provide direct support for corporate clients.

Chambers has a dynamic Employment Law practice group (including more than 20 junior barristers). We are happy to arrange seminars and workshops to suit our clients' needs and also publish a monthly newsletter, the Employment Law Update, which is sent out by e-mail.

Our areas of expertise include:

  • Discrimination of all forms

  • Equal pay disputes
  • European Union law
