Douglas Day QC is a leading Criminal Silk who specialises in prosecuting and defending serious and complex fraud and drugs related cases as well as undertaking cases involving violence and sexual offences.
In civil work he has a long and broad experience of personal injury work and undertakes clinical negligence cases and those involving professional negligence.
As a member of the Bar Council Douglas served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Legal Services Committee. He has served on the Professional Conduct Committee and is currently a member of the Training for the Bar Committee.
