Emma joined Farrar’s Building in 2007 after a pupillage at Littleton Chambers, which focussed primarily on employment law. She continues to specialise in employment law but now also undertakes work in the field of personal injury.
Emma’s employment experience includes conducting multi-day discrimination, "whistle-blowing" cases and unfair dismissal cases as well as representing clients in pre-hearing reviews. Emma has represented both employees and employers at employment tribunals. In the field of personal injury Emma’s practice involves road traffic accident, product liability and tripping and slipping cases.
In addition, Emma receives instructions in numerous common law areas, including commercial cases, contractual disputes, and some crime.
She is happy to consider undertaking work on a CFA basis.
