Robert joined Farrar’s Building in 2005 after an employment and personal injury pupillage at Cloisters and he continues to specialise in these fields, undertaking work for claimants and defendants/respondents across the spectrum of employment and personal injury law, including attending inquests on behalf of insurer clients. His practice involves a variety of general common law work, with experience of commercial and insolvency law and defamation. Robert has experience of aspects of jurisdictional issues and of French law, particularly French employment law.
He is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis.
