Licensed Access

Members of Chambers accept instructions on a Licensed Access basis. The range of work undertaken by Chambers licenced access barristers includes all the areas identified by each Member of Chambers.

Licensed Access applies where organisations or individuals that have an identifiable area of expertise or experience and have applied to the Bar Standards Board to be licensed to instruct barristers directly. The license holder may instruct any Member of Chambers for advice, and in some circumstances representation, on their own behalf or another’s behalf in the specialist area.
