Andrew has an established practice in personal injuries cases, acting for both claimants and defendants, which have included actions for fatal accidents and catastrophic injury.
With diverse causes of action and a broad client range his practice has included variously (for example), injuries arising as a result of leisure sports, the actions of highways authorities (both for and against the highway authority), and defective housing including claims (for local authorities).
In the course of his Solicitors’ disciplinary work Andrew has appeared for the Law Society on a number of occasions.
