At Farrar’s, we pride ourselves on the sharing of knowledge and our flagship annual conferences are a fantastic example of that. Modern, inviting venues, a warm welcome from our friendly team, engaging presentations, plus expert panel discussions from some of the best in the industry.

Previous conferences have included experts from Tessa Gough Associates, Jacqueline Webb, Dorset Orthopaedic, Proactive Prosthetics and Hawkins. In 2025, we were joined by a dream team of spinal cord experts, Mr Gawronski, Mr Thumbikat and Mr Spilsbury.

In July 2026, we hosted our flagship PI conference in Manchester ‘Inside the Injured Brain – Law, Science & Rehabilitation’. We brought together esteemed Counsel, with representatives from STEPS Rehabilitation Ltd, to discuss how rehabilitation evidence translates into legal outcomes and real-world recovery. We also looked at the articulate claimant and why brain injury can be missed, with Consultant Neuropsychologist Prof. Martin Bunnage, before turning to Consultant Neurologist Dr. Paul Cooper, who tackled FND, modern neurology and legal misconceptions.
