Chambers UK

Personal injury is the largest field of practice within Chambers. We are involved in the whole spectrum of cases ranging from catastrophic brain and spinal injury claims to lower value multi-track and fast-track work. We cover all aspects of personal injury work, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, fatal accidents, public liability work, accidents abroad, defective products, industrial disease and disaster litigation.

We have been instructed in many of the landmark PI cases including: Wells v Wells, Heil v Rankin, and Babcock International Limited v National Grid (Fairchild mesothelioma appeals). We also appeared in the Ladbroke Grove, Paddington and Hatfield rail disaster inquiries.

Our expertise in personal injury complements other areas of our practice, including clinical negligence, insurance, health and safety, fraud, inquests, and professional negligence arising out of personal injury litigation.
