During pupillage, Tomas gained experience in Chambers’ core areas including personal injury, clinical negligence, and professional negligence, and is now building a broad and varied practice at Farrar’s Building.
Tomas appears in court regularly for both claimants and defendants. He accepts a range of instructions including small claims, fast track trials, and interim applications.
Before completing pupillage, Tomas worked on ambulances as a FREC-3 first responder and gained experience in a pro-bono clinic by assisting a nurse against a striking-off order against the NMC. While studying, he also had extensive success in legal competitions; he has mooted before a Court of Appeal judge and came 3rd of 4,100 students in the British Inter-University Commercial Awareness Competition.
