Kamran was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in November 2018 and joined Chambers as tenant in October 2020.

Kamran accepts instructions in all of Chambers’ core practice areas, He is an experienced trial advocate and appears in court on a daily basis on fast track and small claims trials, application hearings across all tracks, disposal hearings and CCMCs.

Kamran also has a busy paperwork practice and is regularly instructed to advise on liability, quantum, tactics and procedure, as well as to draft pleadings.

Personal Injury

Kamran has a strong personal injury practice. He acts for both claimants and defendants in RTAs, public liability and employers’ liability cases. He is happy to draft pleadings, schedules and provide written advice for clients in relation to all types of personal injury cases.

Civil Fraud

Kamran regularly appears for claimants and defendants where issues of fundamental dishonesty and/or associated elements of fraud arise. He is also happy to advise in writing and/or in conference about such issues.

Credit Hire

Kamran is well-versed with credit hire matters including issues of need, enforceability, period, impecuniosity, intervention and rate. He undertakes work for both claimants and defendants, and is able to deal with shortcomings in evidence and the challenges arising from that. He is also happy to advise on all issues relating to credit hire.

Clinical Negligence

Kamran is keen to develop his practice in this area and accepts instructions for claimants and defendants.

General Common Law

Kamran has acted in housing disrepair and possession matters. He is also happy to accept instructions in all types of general common law matters.

Regulatory & Disciplinary

Kamran is happy to accept instructions for interim and substantive hearings for the NMC. Kamran is also happy to consider instructions in all other regulatory matters.

Travel & International Law

Kamran is regularly instructed on delay claims, as well as those concerning the interpretation of insurance policies arising out of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Kamran is also happy to accept instructions in all matters with a cross-jurisdictional element.

Public Inquiries

Kamran is currently part of the London Fire Brigade junior counsel team taking part in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.

Personal Interests


Kamran enjoys nearly every sport that exists. Unfortunately, he is much better at watching than playing. He takes great pride in following the ups and downs of Liverpool FC. Kamran also loves travelling and going on long walks with his little West Highland Terrier, Alfie.
