Kamran was called to the Bar by Middle Temple in November 2018 and joined Chambers as tenant in October 2020.
Kamran appears in court on a daily basis and has been instructed in cases including both fast track and small claims trials in personal injury, road traffic matters, credit hire, Stage 3 hearings, dispute resolution hearings, infant approvals and a variety of applications including at the pre-action stage of litigation.
Kamran is developing a strong personal injury practice. He has acted for both claimants and defendants in Stage 3 hearings and is happy to draft pleadings, schedules and provide written advice for clients in relation to all types of personal injury cases.
Kamran acts regularly for individuals and insurers involved in road traffic matters, especially where liability is concerned.
Kamran is well-versed with credit hire matters including issues of need, enforceability, period, impecuniosity and rate. He undertakes work for both claimants and defendants, and is able to deal with shortcomings in evidence and the challenges arising from that.
Kamran is happy to accept instructions in all forms of travel delay claims and associated matters.
Kamran is happy to accept instructions in all types of general common law matters.
Kamran has joined the Attorney General’s Junior-Junior Scheme and is willing to accept instructions on public inquiry matters.
