In the last three years Matt has appeared in, and advised on, a variety of common law civil cases at all levels from County Court claims, on all tracks, up to High Court cases. His practice predominantly consists of personal injury and general commercial cases but also includes employment, property, trusts and probate, professional negligence and highways.

In the field of personal injury Matt carries out work for Claimants and Defendants in a number of areas including road traffic and public liability as well as on behalf of local authorities.

Matt regularly advises on liability and quantum and has extensive experience of drafting statements of case. He is happy to accept work on a CFA basis.
