Congratulations to Nigel Spencer Ley on his shortlisting at this year’s Chambers UK Bar Awards.

Nigel’s long established practice in the field of clinical negligence has been recognised with a Band 1 ranking for many consecutive years.

Nigel undertakes high value clinical negligence, personal injury, and related professional negligence work. He largely acts for Claimants and has a particular interest in claims concerning wrongful birth, cauda equina syndrome and encephalitis. He also has wide experience in cerebral palsy claims, consent cases, haemochromatosis claims, negligence while undertaking spinal surgery, and failure to diagnose cancer (including claims against GPs).
