Following a selection exercise within the judiciary, Farrar’s Building tenant Clark Gard has been authorised by the Chancellor of the High Court (the Rt. Hon. Sir Colin Birss) to hear cases in the Business and Property Court list at the Central London County Court.
Clark was appointed as a Civil Recorder in November 2024 and his Business and Property specialist ticket is effective as of 13 March 2026.
Clark was called to the Bar in 2024 after working for 15 years as a banking and finance solicitor and enjoys a broad civil practice in chambers.
