In this popular webinar, we discuss the law and practice surrounding fundamental dishonesty.

In particular, we consider fundamental dishonesty in the context of CPR r. 44.16(1) and the enforcement of costs, as well as reviewing fundamental dishonesty in the context of s. 57 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. The discussion will include a review of the relevant case law in these areas and will offer suggestions as to how to approach such issues in practice.
