Ryan Ross successful in Upper Tribunal appeal

Ryan Ross acted for the Home Office, the successful party, in over-turning a decision of the First Tier Tribunal to quash a deportation order made against a foreign criminal. The Upper Tribunal accepted Ryan’s submissions and then went on to remake the decision to uphold the deportation order.
