Alicia accepts instructions on behalf of both claimants and defendants in a range of personal injury matters. She regularly appears in court acting in trials, case management and interlocutory hearings, stage 3 disposals, and infant approval hearings.
Alicia’s paperwork practice in this area is similarly broad, and she accepts instructions to draft statements of case, schedules of loss, and to provide written advice on matters of both liability and quantum.
