Laura’s practice often includes cases where fundamental dishonesty is alleged, most often in LVI cases where the resultant allegation is that the alleged injuries are fabricated or exaggerated. She also has experience of cases where fundamental dishonesty is alleged in respect of the circumstances of the accident, including induced collisions.
Laura regularly acts in credit hire matters where enforceability is in issue and it is alleged by the Defendant that a credit hire organisation has made fraudulent misrepresentation to the Claimant, inducing them to enter into the credit hire agreement.View full profile >>
