Reiss started pupillage in October 2023 and is currently under the supervision of Joshua Hedgman. He will obtain experience in Chambers’ core areas including personal injury and clinical negligence.

Following the completion of the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC), Reiss worked for LPC Law as a County Court advocate. In addition, Reiss volunteered for Advocate taking part in the 25 for 25 challenge, providing over 25 hours of pro bono work on a family matter. In his role as the Data Protection Manager, Reiss developed a practical understanding of the GDPR implementation, handling breaches and subject access requests for Chambers.

Prior to starting pupillage, Reiss worked for Harcus Parker a commercial law firm.  He was actively involved in group litigation cases such as the supermarket equal pay claims and the student group claim against universities, revolving around compensation disputes linked to university fees during the COVID-19 pandemic and lecturer strikes.
