Samuel is keen to continue developing his interest and practice in clinical negligence claims. His experience includes drafting pleadings and advising on both liability and quantum across claims involving delayed and misdiagnosis, inadequate care and supervision, and delayed or inappropriate treatment.

During his studies Samuel was also a member of the 2014 Debating Matters National Champions team and went on both to compete in, and write for, a variety of mooting competitions including the Herbert Smith Freehills Oxford Disability Mooting Championship.

Samuel enjoys music ranging from opera to musicals, reading and gaming in fantasy worlds and occasionally subjecting himself to the whims of the baking deities.
