General Common Law

Samuel is happy to accept instructions in all types of general common law matters. Prior to coming to the Bar he worked as a paralegal in a boutique firm in Mayfair, which involved assisting in preparation of a £1.8million breach of contract claim which succeeded at trial, as well as a number of other cases in trusts, tort and international contract law.

Samuel also has experience in appearing at and advising on possession proceedings, including those involving disrepair.

During his studies Samuel was also a member of the 2014 Debating Matters National Champions team and went on both to compete in, and write for, a variety of mooting competitions including the Herbert Smith Freehills Oxford Disability Mooting Championship.
