Regulatory & Disciplinary

Kamran is regularly instructed on multi-day substantive Fitness to Practice hearings by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, in cases involving mental health issues and serious criminal allegations. Kamran was previously a part of the London Fire Brigade junior counsel team in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.
