Personal Injury
Lewis is regularly instructed in personal injury matters on behalf of claimants and defendants. He is happy to accept instructions for interim hearings and CMCs, as well as infant settlement approvals and Stage 3 disposals.
He also accepts paperwork instructions including advices, schedules, and pleadings in matters involving road traffic accidents, occupiers’ liability, the Highways Act 1980, employers’ liability, and cases involving fundamental dishonesty.
Lewis is willing to accept instructions on a CFA basis.

In his spare time, Lewis’ main passion is sport. He is a keen golfer and cricketer, but his real love is West Ham United where he has been a long-time season ticket holder.
