Michael accepts instructions across the full spectrum of clinical negligence matters including drafting pleadings, schedules and counter-schedules. Before joining Chambers, he worked in a leading clinical negligence department, assisting on complex spinal injury and cauda equina cases from initial client enquiry through to trial.
He is also happy to accept instructions in inquests, including on a CFA basis, particularly where issues of clinical decision-making arise. During pupillage, he assisted in a multi-week Article 2 inquest concerning the suicide of a prisoner receiving mental health treatment.
