Rosalind represents Claimants and Defendants in litigation arising from accidents that result in injury that have a foreign or cross-jurisdictional element.  She provides advice from an early stage and represents clients at trial in cases where accidents have occurred abroad, holiday sickness claims, road traffic accidents, and claims brought under the Montreal and Athens Convention

Rosalind is highly proficient in French and is happy to conduct discussions and conferences bilingually. She has a good understanding of written and spoken Italian, having lived in Italy as a child. Rosalind is keen to apply her personal injury expertise to further develop her travel and international law practice.

Personal Interests


Rosalind enjoys spending her free time roaming the British countryside with her husband and three little boys by day and practising hot Bikram yoga by night. She runs with Chambers’ running club and sings with the Bar Choral Society.
