Rosalind has an active interest in all aspects of probate work and accepts instructions on a range of disputes.
She recently appeared in the High Court in the case of Patel v Patel [2025] EWHC 560 (Ch) in a dispute between executors about the funeral arrangements of their late father. She is familiar with applications for the removal and replacement of executors; other disputes arising from the administration of estates; and claims brought under The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 . Rosalind accepts instructions in a range of matters related to Wills.
She is using her extensive advocacy and court experience to extend her practice into Court of Protection work.

Rosalind is a native Welsh speaker and is happy to accept instructions for Welsh medium hearings and trials.
She is also highly proficient in French and Italian.
Rosalind enjoys spending her free time roaming the British countryside with her husband and three little boys by day and practising hot Bikram yoga by night. She runs with Chambers’ running club and sings with the Bar Choral Society.
