As we continue our journey of growth and transition, we are delighted to welcome Clark Gard to Farrar’s Building.
Clark, who joins us as a Probationary Tenant, has a broad civil practice and takes instructions across the core areas of Chambers. He is experienced in personal injury (public liability and RTA) and insurance, property and housing, contract, credit hire, public inquiries, trusts and probate, commercial (banking and finance, insolvency) and employment.
Clark was called to the Bar in 2024 after practicing for 15 years as a commercial solicitor in banking and financial services. Dual-qualified in both England & Wales and New York, he has advised on a wide range of corporate and government clients on complex, cross-border financings, securities laws, bank regulation, civil fraud, and compliance with anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and sanctions regulations.
