It is our pleasure to announce that Clark Gard has accepted an offer of tenancy at Farrar’s Building. Clark joins our expanding team, following the successful completion of his probationary tenancy.
Clark was called to the Bar in 2024 after practicing for 15 years as a commercial solicitor in banking and financial services. Dual-qualified in both England & Wales and New York, he has advised a wide range of corporate and government clients on complex, cross-border financings, securities laws, bank regulation, civil fraud, and compliance with anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and sanctions regulations.
Clark has a broad civil practice and takes instructions across the core areas of Chambers. He is experienced in personal injury (public liability and RTA) and insurance, property and housing, contract, credit hire, public inquiries, trusts and probate, commercial (banking and finance, insolvency) and employment.
In addition to providing robust representation to his clients at trial and in interim application and case management hearings, Clark is happy to accept paperwork instructions to provide written advice and assist with drafting pleadings.
