Geoffrey Williams QC represented the Solicitors Regulation Authority in a largely contested 4 day hearing at the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in May 2015.

There were two Solicitor Respondents, Mr B and Mr H. All allegations were proved against both.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found that Mr B had behaved dishonestly and imposed a striking off Order. Mr H was fined £10,000.
